About Sunset Meadows

The Sunset Meadows subdivision is located on the corner of East J St and Pedersen Rd. in Oakdale. The subdivision will consist of 50 duet style homes ranging from 1400 square feet to over 2200 square feet. In the duet configuration, each home is attached to one other home at a common wall, while still sitting on its own separate lot.

Nine different floor plans are being offered with two different elevation styles (Spanish and craftsman) with the lots ranging in size from 3200 square feet to over 6000 square feet.
