Al Espinor Jr.'s Biography

I have been a Realtor since 2006 serving my clients in Stockton and Central Valley area.
My education in real estate has been in San Francisco City College and
San Joaquin Delta College and I also received my Graduate Realtor Certification in 2009.
 
I also am Certified Distressed Property Expert in 2010 and
Career Compass Marketing Agent in 2013.
 
I work with seller's and buyer's and investors in strategically helping my clients sell their
home and buyer's to be able to purchase their homes and identifying investment opportunities.
 
I believe that working with my clients is a partnership in which we work together in first understanding
their specific needs and being able to find the right solutions.
 
I am bilingual in Spanish and I am very active in the community of Stockton, Ca. and
very familiar with all the different neighborhood communities areas such as Spanos West
and Spanos East, Brookside, Morada Ranch and La Morada and Little John Creek Area.
