Julie Limbocker's Biography

As an agent who has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I  bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. I have had extensive experience with REO properties and understand the timelines of foreclosure.  I am very knowledgable in many areas and also understand the diverse cultures and ideas that is such an important part of everyday life.  As a previous business owner, Sheriffs Deputy and Internal Investigator, I have very strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to be sensitive yet assertive enough to follow through with goals and dreams.  Please call me to discuss any  questions that you may have or hardships that you are experiencing.  I do not judge nor to I expect you to proceed in any transaction where you do not feel comfortable.
 
If you are in foreclosure, I will explain why you should not panic, possibly making a bad decision.  There are many options and you do have time to make the appropriate decisions. Many people, in the stressful situation of losing their home, often make drastic decisions that are not in their best interest.  I can explain why you do not need to throw everything out the front door the minute you realize your house is in foreclosure....and why you have time.  One thing I have learned through my life experiences as a police officer, realtor, and mother or wife, with my own family, is that bad things happen to very good people.  We often beat ourselves up in a time when we should be directing our energy toward building our lives. Things are not always as they appear and stressful things can often become great learning experiences in our life.  Although I would never claim to know how you feel, I have been in your shoes and certainly can understand the stress that is involved. It was with my personal experience years ago, as well as my determination to learn and not give up, that gave me the knowledge and sensitivity to help people. Further, as a buyer, dont ever assume you cannot qualify for a mortgage.....even if you have been in bankruptcy or foreclosure.  With that said, please call me for any reason.
