Julie Limbocker's Biography

As a Realtor with Century 21 M&M and Associates, Julie Limbocker has over 17 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.  She has had numerous sales in the Central Valley, to include Turlock, Patterson, Newman, Modesto, Ceres, and all surrounding areas, including the more rural areas such as the La Grange/Don Pedro area.  For those who are interested in selling their property, Julie will guide you through each step.  She understands seller concerns regarding escrows, buyer requests, seller costs and of what is expected of the seller while going through the process
 

As a previous business owner, Sheriff’s Deputy and internal investigator, Julie has very strong analytical and problem solving skills.  She has a keen ability adapt to different scenarios, while remaining focused, yet sensitive, to her clients needs.  She understands that each individual has a different set ofcircumstances with specific concerns, problems or wants.  These specific circumstances are often a very important part of our daily lives and can impact our perception or our ability to purchase or sell a home.   

With her extensive experience in Real Estate and working in the Central Valley, Julie is also very knowledgeable about REO/foreclosure properties and she understands the foreclosure timelines involved.  If a homeowner is in distress or going through hard times, it can be very stressful.  Julie has worked with many properties in distress or properties/owners who are facing foreclosure.  In times like those, it is important to understand your options and timelines.  Having an agent who understands your needs is very important.
