With over 17 years of combined experience, Lucy and Alexander Salazar, Century 21 M&M Realtors serving the Madera area, are committed to the best possible service and a strong work ethic.

Service means a lot of things to this team and it always starts with listening. Alex Salazar says, “I take the time to listen to my clients wants and needs before and after a transaction.” During the first meeting, this team listens, in an effort to understand what it is that the motivates the client;

Between them Lucy and Alexander have experience in a variety of real estate transactions;

Short Sales- A sale of real estate in which the sale proceeds fall short of the balance owed on the property's loan.

Loan Modifications- A permanent change in one or more of the terms of a mortgagor's loan, allows the loan to be reinstated, and results in a payment the mortgagor can afford.

Bank owned foreclosures (REOs)- A class of property owned by a lender, typically a bank, after an unsuccessful sale at a foreclosure auction.

Multi-Units– Apartments, duplexes, four-plexes, etc.

Commercial Sales– Includes office buildings, industrial property, medical centers, hotels, malls, retail stores, shopping centers, farm land, multifamily housing buildings, warehouses, garages, and industrial properties

Both Lucy and Alex make it a priority to know the current market and local area real estate. This means that they keep up with current real estate laws and government incentives. They know what REO banks and short sale banks are looking for. And they also make sure that their clients have an understanding of the transaction process, from start to finish… what to expect and why.

Alex Salazar– Got involved in the business while still in high school (1999) working as a real estate assistant, then as a Realtor in 2006. BA in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Devry University2007. Bilingual – English/Spanish.  Voted Best in Customer Service by Fresno Magazine.  Madera Association of Realtors Board Member/Government Affairs Director.  Madera Chamber of Commerce Member.
