I began my career with Century 21 in Southern California in 1989
working with homeowners in Tustin, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach;
I have been affiliated with Century 21 in the Central Valley since 1993.
Previously worked with CW Page and Associates as a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee
where I appraised properties in Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare Counties.
I have also been a Notary Public Certified Signing Agent as an independent contractor.
My technical background includes Ericsson and Sprint as an RF Field Technician,
and Sprint GMG as a Network Operations Specialist.
I also worked as an independent contractor for various companies as a Field Technician
performing computer repair, LAN/WAN installations, and maintenance.
My educational experience in real estate includes Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles,
Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Property Management, Escrow,
Real Estate Economics, Finance, Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Trust Fund handling and
Certified Distressed Property Expert.
My technical education includes Cisco router installation, maintenance,
and the U. S. Coast Guard Electronics School.
